SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY


    1. Disconnect the N40 combination meter assembly connector.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      N40-10 (PBKL) - Body ground P - Body ground Front passenger seat belt buckle switch signal Seat belt fastened 10 kΩ or higher

      N40-11 (PODS) - Body ground W - Body ground Front passenger seat occupant signal Front passenger seat occupied 10 kΩ or higher
      N40-11 (PODS) - Body ground W - Body ground Front passenger seat occupant signal Front passenger seat unoccupied Below 1 Ω
      N40-21 (IG+) - Body ground B - Body ground
