REAR SEATBACK HEATER INSTALLATION

  1. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad with new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

      Pass the brackets of the bench type rear seatback cover through the holes in the bench type rear seatback pad.

      Note


      • After the bench type rear seatback cover is installed, make sure the bench type rear seatback cover bracket is not twisted.

    3. Install the rear seat airbag assembly LH Click here.

    4. Install the rear seat airbag assembly RH.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

      Pass the rear seatback heater wire harnesses through the holes in the bench type rear seatback cover.

    6. Pass the bench type rear seatback pad through the holes in the bench type rear seatback cover.

    7. Pass the bench type rear seatback cover through the holes in the bench type rear seatback pad and install the bench type rear seatback cover.

    8. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad with new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

      Attach the clamp of the rear seat wire RH.

    10. Pass the rear seat wire RH under the rubber bands of the bench type rear seatback cover.

    11. Connect the 2 rear seatback heater connectors.

  2. INSTALL SEAT HEATER CONTROL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the other seat heater control sub-assembly.


    1. Attach the claw to connect the rear seatback heater connector.

    2. Attach the claw to install the seat heater control sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. Attach the 12 claws to install the 6 rear seat headrest supports.

      *1 Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seatback cover to the bench type rear seatback pad with new hog rings.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE


    1. Install the rear seat center shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH


    1. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH with the 3 screws.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the RH side.

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

      for Luxury Seat Type:

      Position the rear console box wire as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01FJ05

      Move the rear seat center armrest assembly in the direction of the arrow to attach the 2 hooks.

    3. Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Using hog ring pliers, install new hog rings.

    5. for Luxury Seat Type:

        w/o Seat Heater System:

        Connect the connector and attach the clamp of the rear console box wire.

      2. A01FIEV

        w/ Seat Heater System:

        Connect the connector, attach the clamp of the rear console box wire and attach the 3 clamps of the rear seat wire RH.
