INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL
Using SST and a hammer, install a new front oil pump oil seal.

Tech Tips
The front oil pump oil seal end should be flush with the outer edge of the front oil pump body sub-assembly.
Coat the front oil pump oil seal lip with MP grease.
SECURE FRONT OIL PUMP BODY SUB-ASSEMBLY
Place the front oil pump body sub-assembly on the torque converter assembly.
INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR
Coat the front oil pump driven gear with ATF.
Install the front oil pump driven gear to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.
INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR
Coat the front oil pump drive gear with ATF.
Install the front oil pump drive gear to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.
INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING
Install a new front oil pump O-ring to the front oil pump body sub-assembly.
INSTALL STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY
Align the stator shaft assembly with each bolt hole.
Using a T30 "TORX" wrench, install the 14 hexagon bolts.
INSTALL CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING
Coat 3 new clutch drum oil seal rings with ATF.
Squeeze the ends of the 3 clutch drum oil seal rings so that the gap distance becomes 8 mm or less, and then install them to the stator shaft assembly groove.
Note
Do not expand the ring ends excessively.
Tech Tips
After installing the clutch drum oil seal rings, check that they rotate smoothly.
INSPECT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR ROTATION
Make sure that the oil pump drive gear rotates smoothly.
Remove the oil pump assembly from the torque converter.
INSTALL STATOR SHAFT O-RING
Install a new stator shaft O-ring to the oil pump assembly.
