FUEL RELIEF VALVE INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FUEL RELIEF VALVE ASSEMBLY

    A01FGRU

    1. Install a new gasket to the fuel relief valve assembly.

    2. Using a 17 mm union nut wrench, install the fuel relief valve assembly to the No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.

      Torque:
      40 N*m  { 408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • Do not apply oil to the threads of the fuel relief valve assembly and No. 2 fuel delivery pipe.

      • Do not allow foreign matter to enter the pipe during installation.

      • Use the torque value compensation formula to calculate the torque value for use when a torque wrench is combined with a tool such as a union nut wrench Click here.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the No. 1 fuel pipe sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 fuel hoses.

    3. Connect the No. 2 fuel hose to the No. 1 fuel pipe sub-assembly.
