ACCELERATOR PEDAL INSTALLATION

Note


  • Avoid physical shock to the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.

  • Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal sensor assembly.


  1. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL (for LHD with AWD)


    1. Install the accelerator pedal with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Attach the 2 claws and install the accelerator pedal pad.

  2. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL (except LHD with AWD)

      A01FJ4N Push

      Engage the 3 claws and install the new accelerator pedal.

      Note

      Securely insert a new accelerator pedal into the accelerator pedal support bracket.

  3. INSTALL ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the accelerator pedal sensor assembly with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect the accelerator pedal sensor connector.
