FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. w/ Headlight Cleaner System:


      1. Connect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. Move the front bumper assembly into position and install the 2 clips.

    3. Install the bolt and 2 screws.

    4. Pull back the side of the front bumper assembly and connect each connector.

      Note

      Do not apply excessive force when pulling back the front bumper assembly.

      Engage the 3 claws.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

      Install the pin hold clip as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Insert the pin hold clip with the slot aligned vertically. Do not rotate the clip after inserting it. After installation, confirm that the slot is aligned vertically.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    7. Install the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

    8. Install the front bumper assembly with the 8 screws.

  2. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL


    1. Install the cool air intake duct seal with the 9 clips.

  3. ADD WASHER FLUID (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)


    1. Add washer fluid to the washer jar.

  4. ADJUST FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY
