FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Extend the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the claw to remove the headlight washer nozzle sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A01EYXF

      Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.

    3. A01EV9S

      Pull the headlight cleaner actuator clamp as shown in the illustration.

    4. While pushing the tab indicated by the arrow (A), disengage the claw and guide to remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

      Disengage the 8 clamps to remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.

      Disconnect the connector.

      Tech Tips

      This illustration is for the LH side. The orientation for the RH side is the opposite of the LH side.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for all No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainers.

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer from the front bumper assembly.

      Tech Tips

      This illustration is for the LH side. The orientation for the RH side is the opposite of the LH side.

  8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. A01EY86

      Remove the screw.

    3. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the fog light assembly.

  9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/o TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

      Disengage the clamp to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  11. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

      Disengage the clamp to remove the No. 4 engine room wire.

  12. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer.

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the No. 2 radiator grille bracket.

  14. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 clips.

    2. Disengage the 8 claws and remove the radiator grille sub-assembly.

  15. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the upper radiator grille moulding LH.

  16. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  17. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE EMBLEM ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the 4 claws and 2 guides to remove the radiator grille emblem assembly with radiator grille emblem base.

    3. A01ETTP

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide to remove the radiator grille emblem assembly from the radiator grille emblem base.

  18. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE BRACKET


    1. A01EUYV

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the radiator grille bracket.

  19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH

      Disengage the 6 claws to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER

      Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 5 clamps.

    2. Remove the 6 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

      Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
