REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear Combination Light Assembly LH)

      Disconnect the T16 rear combination light assembly LH connector.

    2. Apply battery voltage to the rear combination light assembly LH and check that the lights come on.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → T16-2 (TL)

      Battery negative (-) → T16-3 (E)

      		 Taillight comes on

      Battery positive (+) → T16-1 (B)

      Battery negative (-) → T16-3 (E)

      		 Stop light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light lens and body LH.

  2. INSPECT REAR COMBINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

      (Rear Combination Light Assembly RH)

      Disconnect the T18 rear combination light assembly RH connector.

    2. Apply battery voltage to the rear combination light assembly LH and check that the lights come on.

      OK
      Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → T18-2 (TL)

      Battery negative (-) → T18-3 (E)

      		 Taillight comes on

      Battery positive (+) → T18-1 (B)

      Battery negative (-) → T18-3 (E)

      		 Stop light comes on

      If the result is not as specified, replace the rear combination light lens and body RH.
