REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Reclining Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for LH Side)


    1. A01EW35

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  3. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. A01ESXL

      Disengage each hooks.

    2. Remove the 12 hog rings.

    3. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:


      1. A01EW7T

        Remove the nut and separate the airbag bracket.

    4. A01EXRE

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Disengage the clamp to disconnect the seat heater wire harness from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

    6. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  4. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)

      Remove the 10 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:


      1. Remove the rear seat airbag assembly LH Click here.

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)


    1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:


      1. Remove the rear seat airbag assembly RH Click here.

        Tech Tips

        Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE CENTER SEAT ARMREST INNER PLATE


    1. A01EX0A

      Disengage the 6 claws and separate the 4 guides, and remove the center seat armrest inner plate.

  11. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK FRAME WITH COVER AND PAD

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear center seatback frame with cover and pad.

  12. REMOVE CENTER SEAT ARMREST BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 washers and center seat armrest bracket sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BOX ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ESTS

      Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the rear seat center armrest box assembly from the rear seat center armrest.

  14. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ETO7

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Separate the guide and remove the rear seat center armrest door sub-assembly.

    3. A01EY24

      Remove the screw.

    4. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 8 claws and 3 guides, and remove the rear seat armrest plate.

      Disengage the 4 claws.

    6. A01EYD7

      Disconnect each connector to remove the cooler control switch assembly.

  15. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EUHK

      Disengage the guide.

    2. A01EVMO

      Disengage the 3 clamps and turn back the rear seat center armrest cover as shown in the illustration.

      Disconnect the connector.

      Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw and remove the rear No. 1 power outlet socket assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  16. REMOVE REAR POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear power outlet socket cover as shown in the illustration.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EVT6

      Remove the 2 screws and rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  18. REMOVE REAR SEAT WIRE


    1. A01EW9V

      Disengage each hook as shown in the illustration.

    2. A01EYX8

      Disengage the 3 clamps and remove the rear seat wire.

  19. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT


    1. A01EXMP

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

  20. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EVZB

      Disengage the 4 hooks and remove the center seatback cover with pad.

    2. A01EUJ3

      Remove the center seatback cover sub-assembly from the center seatback pad sub-assembly.

  21. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A01EYAN

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and nut, and rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  23. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Remove the 40 hog rings.

    2. Remove the 24 hog rings and bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
