REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Temporarily install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

    2. Using hog ring pliers, install 24 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    3. w/o Seat Heater System:


      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 46 new hog rings.

        • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

        • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    4. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 48 new hog rings.

        • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

        • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)


    1. A01EYZR

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover with 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

  3. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

    2. A01EYTJ

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    3. A01ESYX

      Engage the 2 hooks.

    4. A01EV7B

      Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

    5. A01EU9H

      Engage the 2 hooks to install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)


    1. A01EWON

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for LH Side)


    1. A01EVK3

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat center shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01EWH9

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover to the separate type rear seatback pad with 8 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

    2. A01EX0G

      Using hog ring pliers, install 7 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

  7. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)


    1. Temporarily install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

    2. A01EYQM

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 front seat headrest supports.

    3. A01EUCA

      Engage the 2 hooks.

    4. A01EUG5

      Using hog ring pliers, install the rear separate type seatback cover with pad to the seatback frame with 7 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover.

    5. A01EWEA

      Engage the 2 hooks to install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)


    1. A01ETMS

      Engage the 4 claws to install the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01ETV6

      Install the rear seatback hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. A01EXRUE01

      Engage the 2 claws and 2 guides as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to install the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. A01EYK3

      Engage the 2 claws to install the bush.

    2. A01EWRL

      Engage the guide.

    3. Install the rear seat center armrest assembly with the bolt and washer.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP (for RH Side)


    1. A01EXN4

      Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 1 seat armrest cap.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH


    1. A01EXMJ

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 2 screws.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH


    1. A01EYS9

      Engage the guide.

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH with the 2 screws.
