REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH


    1. A01EXMJ

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide RH.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for LH Side)


    1. A01EVK3

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A01EYMI

      Remove the 6 hog rings.

    3. A01ESYX

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    4. A01EYTJ

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)

      Remove the 6 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST CAP (for RH Side)

      *a Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 3 claws and remove the No. 1 seat armrest cap.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. A01EWRL

      Remove the bolt and washer.

    2. Disengage the guide and remove the rear seat center armrest assembly.

    3. A01EYK3

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the bush.

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)


    1. A01EX3UE01

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides as indicated by the arrows, in the order shown in the illustration to remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HINGE COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01EXM0

      Remove the rear seatback hinge cover as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK UPPER LOCK BEZEL (for RH Side)


    1. A01ETMS

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback upper lock bezel.

  12. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)


    1. A01EWEA

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    2. A01EUA9

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    3. A01EUCA

      Disengage the 2 hooks.

    4. A01EYQM

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

    5. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly RH.

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)


    1. A01EYNR

      Remove the 7 hog rings.

    2. A01EVTK

      Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  14. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. w/o Seat Heater System:


      1. Remove the 46 hog rings.

    2. w/ Seat Heater System:


      1. Remove the 48 hog rings.

    3. Remove the 24 hog rings and bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.
