  1. VEHICLE BROUGHT TO WORKSHOP

  2. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE


    1. Measure the battery voltage.

      Standard Voltage
      11 to 14 V

      • If the voltage is below 11 V, recharge or replace the battery before proceeding to the next step.

  3. START ENGINE


    1. Check that the engine starts normally.

      OK
      Engine starts normally.

  4. CHECK DTC OUTPUT*


    1. Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output Click here.

    • When replacing the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly), telephone transceiver assembly, instrument panel integration antenna assembly or mayday battery, refer to the Service Bulletin.

    • When the telephone transceiver assembly is replaced, it is necessary to set the contract mode.
