ENGINE IMMOBILISER SYSTEM (w/o Smart Entry and Start System) DTC CHECK / CLEAR


  1. CHECK FOR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Immobiliser / DTC.

    5. Check the details of the DTC(s) Click here.

  2. CHECK FOR ECM DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / DTC.

    5. Check the details of the DTC(s) Click here for engine immobiliser system, Click here for SFI system (for 2AR-FE), Click here for SFI system (for 1AZ-FE)).

  3. CLEAR TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSEMBLY DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Immobiliser / DTC.

    5. Clear the DTC(s).

  4. CLEAR ECM DTC


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / DTC.

    5. Clear the DTC(s).
