HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ESSZ

      Extend the headlight washer washer nozzle sub-assembly.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the headlight washer washer nozzle sub-assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Slide the clip and disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    2. A01EXQX

      Remove the bolt.

    3. Push the tab (A) and disengage the claw and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
