REAR STABILIZER BAR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BUSHING

      A01ETOA Outside of the Vehicle

      Install the 2 rear stabilizer bushings to the outside of the stopper ring on the rear stabilizer bar as shown in the illustration.

      Note

      Install the rear stabilizer bushing so that the cutouts face rearward.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 STABILIZER BAR BRACKET


    1. Install the 2 rear No. 1 stabilizer bar brackets.

  3. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER BAR

      Install the rear stabilizer bar with the 4 bolts.

      A01EUL1 Bolt
      A01ETOA Front of the Vehicle
      Torque:
      31 N*m  { 316 kgf*cm, 23 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY LH


    1. Install the rear stabilizer link assembly LH to the rear shock absorber assembly with the nut.

      Torque:
      39 N*m  { 400 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench to hold the stud.

    2. Install the rear stabilizer link assembly LH to the rear stabilizer bar with the nut.

      Torque:
      39 N*m  { 400 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf }

      If the ball joint turns together with the nut, use a hexagon wrench to hold the stud.

  5. INSTALL REAR STABILIZER LINK ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Perform the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 FLOOR UNDER COVER


    1. for TMC Made:


      1. Install the No. 2 floor under cover with the 6 nuts.

        Tech Tips

        The 6 nuts are attached to the No. 2 floor under cover.

        Torque:
        4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

      2. Install the screw and 2 clips.

    2. except TMC Made:


      1. Install the No. 2 floor under cover with the 6 nuts.

        Tech Tips

        The 6 nuts are attached to the No. 2 floor under cover.

        Torque:
        4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

      2. Install the 2 clips.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER


    1. for TMC Made:


      1. Install the No. 1 floor under cover with the 5 nuts and 2 clips.

        Tech Tips

        The 5 nuts and 2 clips are attached to the No. 1 floor under cover.

        Torque:
        Nut
        4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

      2. Install the screw.

    2. except TMC Made:


      1. Install the No. 1 floor under cover with the 5 nuts and 2 clips.

        Tech Tips

        The 5 nuts and 2 clips are attached to the No. 1 floor under cover.

        Torque:
        Nut
        4.0 N*m  { 41 kgf*cm, 35 in.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL REAR WHEELS

    Torque:
    103 N*m  { 1049 kgf*cm, 76 ft.*lbf }
