OIL PUMP REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP OIL SEAL


    1. A01ETZ7E01

      Using SST, install a new oil seal to the pump.

      SST
      09350-32014   ( 09351-32140 )

      Tech Tips

      The seal end should be flush with the outer edge of the oil pump.

    2. Coat the lip of the oil seal with ATF.

  2. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP BODY O-RING


    1. A01ETA7E03

      Coat a new O-ring with ATF, and install it to the oil pump body.

  3. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVEN GEAR

      Coat the front oil pump driven gear with ATF, and install it to the oil pump body with the marked side facing upward.

  4. INSTALL FRONT OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR

      Coat the front oil pump drive gear with ATF, and install it to the oil pump body with the marked side facing upward.

  5. INSTALL STATOR SHAFT ASSEMBLY

      Set the stator shaft by aligning each bolt hole.

    2. Using a T30 ''TORX'' socket, install the 11 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL CLUTCH DRUM OIL SEAL RING

      Install the 2 clutch drum oil seal rings.

      Note

      Do not expand the ring ends excessively.

  7. INSPECT OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. A01ETJQE01

      Turn the drive gear using 2 screwdrivers and make sure that it rotates smoothly.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the oil seal lip.
