ION GENERATOR REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 3 screws <C>.

    3. Disengage the heater to register duct assembly from the ion generator assembly, to remove the heater to register duct.

  3. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

      Remove the clip.

    2. Remove the 3 screws <C>.

    3. Disengage the heater to register duct assembly from the ion generator assembly, to remove the heater to register duct.

  4. REMOVE ION GENERATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

      Remove the 3 screws and ion generator sub-assembly with bracket.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR PURIFIER AIR DUCT

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the No. 1 air purifier air duct.

  6. REMOVE ION GENERATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 3 screws and ion generator sub-assembly.
