AIR CONDITIONING PANEL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EX2D

      Engage the guide and 4 clips to install the air conditioning control assembly as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Navigation System)


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket with the 5 screws.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET (w/o Navigation System)


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket with the 5 screws.

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (w/ Navigation System)


    1. Install the No. 1 radio receiver bracket with the 5 screws.

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET (w/ Navigation System)


    1. Install the No. 2 radio receiver bracket with the 5 screws.

  6. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 6 clips to the vehicle body to temporarily install the radio receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Install the radio receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts.

  7. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/ Navigation System)


    1. Connect each connector.

    2. Engage the 6 clips to the vehicle body to temporarily install the navigation receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly.

    3. Install the navigation receiver assembly with air conditioning control assembly with the 4 bolts.

  8. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE UPPER PANEL GARNISH


    1. for Blank Type:


      1. A01EX5P

        Engage the 2 claws to install the front console upper panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

    2. for 3 Switch Hole Type:


      1. Connect each connector.

      2. A01EUCV

        Engage the 2 claws to install the front console upper panel garnish as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Connect the connector.

    2. A01ETDJ

      Engage the 4 clips to install the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly.

      Note

      When installing the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly, check that the wire harness is not caught between the No. 2 instrument panel register assembly and duct.

  10. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A01EWUZ

      Engage the 7 clips and 2 guides to install the center instrument cluster finish panel sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL FRONT PANEL GARNISH RH


    1. A01EYF4

      Engage the 3 clips and 8 guides to install the front panel garnish RH.

  12. INSTALL FRONT PANEL GARNISH LH


    1. A01ETI1

      Engage the 3 clips and 8 guides to install the front panel garnish LH.

  13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (w/ Navigation System)

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
