FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR ASSEMBLY


    1. Apply a light coat of fuel to 2 new O-rings and then install them to the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

    2. Install the fuel pressure regulator assembly.

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP

      *2 Fuel Pump Spacer

      Apply a light coat of fuel to a new O-ring. Then install the O-ring and fuel pump spacer to the fuel pump.

      *2 Suction Filter

      Engage the 5 claws on the fuel filter and install the fuel pump with the suction filter.

      Note


      • Make sure that the O-ring is not cut or pinched during installation.

      • Engage the claws securely.

      • Do not remove the suction filter.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 FUEL SUCTION SUPPORT


    1. A01EUMO

      Engage the 2 claws of the No. 1 fuel suction support.

    2. Connect the fuel pump harness connector to the fuel pump.

  4. INSTALL LOWER FUEL TANK CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the spring to the fuel suction plate sub-assembly.

      Engage the 4 claws of the No. 1 fuel suction support to install the lower fuel tank case sub-assembly to the fuel suction plate sub-assembly with the fuel filter.

    3. Install a new E-ring.

    4. Connect the fuel pump harness connectors to the fuel suction plate sub-assembly.

  5. INSTALL FUEL SENDER GAUGE ASSEMBLY

      Slide the fuel sender gauge assembly to fit the claw.

    2. Connect the connector of the fuel sender gauge assembly.

  6. INSTALL FUEL SUCTION TUBE WITH PUMP AND GAUGE ASSEMBLY
