THROTTLE BODY INSPECTION


  1. INSPECT THROTTLE WITH MOTOR BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. Check that the throttle valve opens and closes smoothly.

    2. Check that there is no foreign matter accumulated around the throttle with motor body assembly.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      E16-1 (M-) - E16-2 (M+) 20°C (68°F) 0.3 to 100 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the throttle with motor body assembly.
