ECM СНЯТИЕ


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notice before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Снимите панель заднего пола № 2.

  3. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX


    1. Снимите заднюю напольную коробку полки багажного отделения.

  4. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD


    1. Снимите панель заднего пола № 3.

  5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

      Снимите фиксатор.

    2. Освободите 6 направляющих и снимите правую напольную коробку полки багажного отделения.

  6. REMOVE REAR FLOOR BOARD UPPER NO. 3 PLATE

      Освободите 4 захвата и 2 направляющих, и снимите верхнюю пластину панели заднего пола № 3.

  7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

  8. REMOVE INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY

  9. SEPARATE INVERTER RESERVE TANK ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 bolts and separate the inverter reserve tank assembly.

  10. REMOVE ECM


    1. A003ZPF

      Separate the wire harness clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 2 ECM connectors.


      1. A003YXW

        Disconnect the wire harness clamp.

      2. Push the locks on the 2 levers, then raise the levers, and disconnect the 2 ECM connectors.

        Note

        After disconnecting the connectors, make sure that dirt, water or other foreign matter does not contact the connecting parts of the connectors.

    3. A003WNW

      Remove the 2 bolts and ECM.

    4. Remove the 4 screws and 2 ECM brackets.
