ROOF HEADLINING REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE (for Glass Roof)


    1. Install the No. 1 roof wire onto the roof headlining with 17 new pieces of tape.

      *a Marking *b 15mm (0.59 in.)

      Note


      • Apply the tape securely in place.

      • Do not touch the adhesive surface when applying the tape to prevent adhesion failure.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF WIRE


    1. Install the No. 1 roof wire onto the roof headlining with 11 new pieces of tape.

      Note


      • Apply the tape securely in place.

      • Do not touch the adhesive surface when applying the tape to prevent adhesion failure.

  3. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING SIDE PAD


    1. Apply adhesive agent to the 2 roof headlining side pads.

    2. Attach the 2 new roof headlining side pads to the roof headlining assembly while aligning the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining assembly.

  4. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING PAD


    1. Apply adhesive agent to the 2 roof headlining pads.

    2. Attach the 2 new roof headlining pads to the roof headlining assembly while aligning the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining assembly.

  5. INSTALL ROOF HEADLINING END PAD


    1. Apply adhesive agent to the 2 roof headlining end pads.

    2. Attach the 2 new roof headlining end pads to the roof headlining assembly while aligning the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining assembly.

  6. INSTALL FRONT ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Apply adhesive agent to the front roof silencer pad.

    2. Attach the new front roof silencer pad to the roof headlining assembly while aligning the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining assembly.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD


    1. Apply adhesive agent to the 3 No. 1 roof silencer pads.

    2. Attach the 3 new No. 1 roof silencer pads to the roof headlining assembly while aligning the roof silencer pads with the markings on the roof headlining assembly.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSENBLY (for Glass Roof)
