FRONT CONSOLE BOX INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the No. 2 console box mounting bracket with the 2 bolts.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX MOUNTING BRACKET

   
   

   1. Install the No. 1 console box mounting bracket with the 2 bolts.

   2. Engage the 2 clamps.

3. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX CUP HOLDER (for Pedal Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. Install the 2 console box cup holders to the rear console box.

4. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Lever Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 4 guides and slide the rear console box assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

   2. Install the 2 bolts.

5. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Pedal Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. 

      Engage the 4 guides and slide the rear console box assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

   2. Install the 2 bolts.

6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER TRAY (for Lever Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. Install the 2 instrument panel cup holder trays.

7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER TRAY (for Pedal Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. Install the instrument panel cup holder tray.

8. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER (for Lever Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. Engage the 6 claws and install the rear console box cover.

9. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX COVER (for Pedal Type Parking Brake)

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and install the rear console box cover.

10. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

11. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the front seat assembly LH.

12. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Torque:

    5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
