AIR CONDITIONING PANEL(for Manual Air Conditioning System) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. CONNECT AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.

2. CONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the defroster damper control cable sub-assembly.

3. CONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Engage the 2 claws and connect the air mix damper control cable sub-assembly.

4. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT CENTER CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect the 4 connectors and clamp.

   2. Engage the 4 clips and install the air conditioning panel.

5. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Radio Receiver)

6. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Radio Receiver)

7. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT CENTER CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY

9. INSTALL NO. 2 METER HOOD CLUSTER
