PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEATER ASSEMBLY

    A005JN0

    1. Install the heater bracket with the 2 bolts.

    2. A005LVV

      Install the heater bracket with the bolt.

    3. A005IAZ

      Engage the 3 clamps and connect the wire harness.

    4. A005HIU

      Install the exhaust pipe with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

    5. Install the heater water inlet pipe, the heater water outlet pipe and the fuel hose onto the heater assembly.

      Perform the installation with the hose clip and mark at the correct angle.
