PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT NO. 1 COOLER THERMISTOR


    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      30°C (86°F) 1.11 to 1.32 kΩ

      Note


      • Touching the sensor even slightly may change the resistance value. Hold the sensor connector.

      • When measuring the resistance, the temperature of the sensor and the cooler thermistor must be the same.

      Tech Tips

      As the temperature increases, the resistance decreases (See the graph).


      • If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 cooler thermistor.
