PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A005MJP

      Remove the peeling paper from the 2 new instrument panel cushions.

    2. Install the 2 new instrument panel cushions as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A005LM6

      Remove the peeling paper from the 2 new No. 2 instrument panel cushions.

    2. Install the 2 new No. 2 instrument panel cushions as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION


    1. A005HS6

      Remove the peeling paper from the 2 new No. 1 instrument panel cushion.

    2. Install the 2 new No. 1 instrument panel cushions as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    A005LEP

    1. Install the 2 clips and No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct to the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.

  6. INSTALL NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the 3 screws and No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly with No. 1 side defroster nozzle duct.

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the No. 1 heater to register duct sub-assembly.
