CONDENSER(for 1ND-TV) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. If the fins of the cooler condenser are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.

      Note

      Do not damage the fins of the condenser assembly.

   2. If the fins of the cooler condenser are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.

2. CHECK CONDENSER FOR REFRIGERANT LEAKAGE

   
   

   1. Check the pipe joints for gas leakage, using a halogen leak detector.

   2. Check the tightening torque of the joints if gas leakage is detected from any pipe joints.
