  1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

  2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER LINK ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 VENTILATOR SEAL

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT AIR SHUTTER SEAL RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE INSIDE COWL TOP CORNER PANEL LH

    Click here

  6. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP REINFORCEMENT

    Click here

  7. REMOVE INNER COWL TOP TO COWL BRACE

    Click here

  8. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

    Click here

  9. SEPARATE SUCTION TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  10. SEPARATE LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  11. REMOVE COOLER EXPANSION VALVE

      Using a 4 mm hexagon wrench, remove the 2 hexagon bolts.

      *1 Bolt For The Suction Tube Sub-assembly

      Temporarily attach the bolt for the suction tube sub-assembly halfway to the cooler expansion valve.

      Hold the bolt and pull it to remove the cooler expansion valve as shown in the illustration.

      Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 1 cooler evaporator sub-assembly.
