  1. INSPECT NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING RADIATOR DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Component without harness connected

      (No. 1 Air Conditioning Radiator Damper Servo Sub-assembly)

      Apply battery voltage to the No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly and check the operation of the servo motor.

      OK
      Measurement Condition Specified Condition

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 4

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 5

      		 Servo motor turns clockwise smoothly

      Battery positive (+) → Terminal 5

      Battery negative (-) → Terminal 4

      		 Servo motor turns counterclockwise smoothly

      • If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 air conditioning radiator damper servo sub-assembly.
