BLOWER UNIT REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL NO. 1 DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)


    1. A005MGX

      Install the damper servo sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL AIR INLET DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    1. A005IQD

      Engage the 3 claws and install the air inlet damper control cable sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL BLOWER RESISTOR (for Manual Air Conditioning System)


    1. A005JA8

      Install the blower resistor with the 2 screws.

  4. INSTALL BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A005LJ4

      Install the blower with fan motor sub-assembly with the 3 screws.
