PROCEDURE
INSTALL COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
Engage the 2 claws, 2 guides and install the cooler condenser assembly into the vehicle.
Note
Do not damage the cooler condenser assembly or radiator assembly when installing the condenser assembly.
Tech Tips
If a new cooler condenser assembly is installed, add compressor oil to the condenser assembly as follows.

INSTALL LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY
Remove the attached vinyl tape from the tube and the connecting part of the cooler condenser assembly.
Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint.

Install the O-ring onto the liquid tube sub-assembly.
Install the liquid tube onto the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.
INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE
Remove the attached vinyl tape from the hose and the connecting part of the cooler condenser assembly.
Apply sufficient compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the hose joint.

Install the O-ring onto the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
Install the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose onto the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.
INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SUB-ASSEMBLY
INSTALL HOOD LOCK ASSEMBLY
INSTALL AIRBAG SENSOR BRACKET
INSTALL NO. 1 COOLER COVER
INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
INSPECT HOOD
ADJUST HOOD
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CHARGE REFRIGERANT
WARM UP ENGINE
INSPECT FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK
INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT
