CONDENSER(for 1NR-FE) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. If the fins of the cooler condenser assembly are dirty, clean them with water and dry them with compressed air.

      Note

      Do not damage the fins of the cooler condenser assembly.

   2. If the fins of the cooler condenser assembly are bent, straighten them using a screwdriver or pliers.

2. CHECK CONDENSER FOR REFRIGERANT LEAK

   
   

   1. Check the pipe joints for gas leak, using a halogen leak detector.

   2. Check the tightening torque of the joints if gas leak is detected from any pipe joints.
