    The following items can be customized.

    • When the customer requests a change in a function, first make sure that the function can be customized.

    • Record the current settings before customizing.


    1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the intelligent tester on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Body / Air Conditioner / Utility / Customize.

    5. Select the setting by referring to the table below.

      Air Inlet Mode Automatic In case of turning the A/C ON when you desire to make the compartment cool down quickly, this is the function to change the mode automatically to RECIRCULATED mode. Automatic or Manual Air conditioning amplifier assembly
      Evaporator Control Automatic Function to set the evaporator control to the Automatic position (AUTO) to save power or to the coldest position (MANUAL) to dehumidify the air and to prevent the windows fogging up. Automatic or Manual Air conditioning amplifier assembly
      Foot/DEF Automatic Blow Up Function ON Function to switch the blower level automatically when the defroster is ON. ON or OFF Air conditioning amplifier assembly
      Foot/DEF Auto Mode ON Function to turn the air flow from Foot/DEF ON automatically when AUTO MODE is ON. ON or OFF Air conditioning amplifier assembly
      Refrigerant Shortage Check ON Function to cancel the Refrigerant Shortage Check in Normal Operation when item is OFF. ON or OFF Air conditioning amplifier assembly
      Set Temperature Shift Normal Function to control with the shifted temperature against the display temperature. +2 C, +1 C, Normal, -1 C or -2 C Air conditioning amplifier assembly
      Fan speed increment control Normal This function is defining how fast the AC blower goes to target speed when first activating the AC. Fast, Normal or Slow Air conditioning amplifier assembly
