REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.


  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A005JMAE03

      Insert the 2 location pins through the 2 body holes and temporarily install the rear seat assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

    2. Tighten the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. A005INKE02

      Pull down the rear seat cushion assembly LH.

    4. Temporarily install the 3 bolts.

    5. Tighten the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    6. Engage the seat belt holder hook.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT NO. 2 LEG COVER


    1. A005HT3

      Engage the 3 claws and guide, install the No. 2 seat No. 2 leg cover.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER (for LH Side)


    1. A005LPN

      Engage the 4 claws and 2 guide, install the No. 2 rear seat leg cover.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. A005H39E04

      Insert the 2 location pins through the 2 body holes and temporarily install the rear seat assembly RH with the 4 bolts.

    2. Tighten the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector (for 3 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt).

    4. Pass the rear seat lap type belt assembly RH through the rubber band.

    5. A005HY6E03

      Pull down the rear seat cushion assembly RH.

    6. Temporarily install the 2 bolts.

    7. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure for the No. 1 rear seat leg cover (for LH Side).
