REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY (for 3 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt)


    1. Install the rear inner seat belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the 2 clamps and seat belt holder.

  2. INSTALL REAR INNER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY (for 2 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt)


    1. Install the rear inner seat belt assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the seat belt holder.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

      *a Front Side
      *b Rear Side

      Insert the 2 location pins through the 2 body holes and temporarily install the rear seat assembly RH with the 4 bolts.

    2. Tighten the 4 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    3. Connect the connector (for 3 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt).

    4. Pass the rear seat lap type belt assembly RH through the rubber band.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY RH


    1. Install the rear seat lap type belt assembly RH with bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

  7. PULL DOWN REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH

      *1 Rear Seat Cushion Assembly RH

      Pull down the rear seat cushion assembly RH and install the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT LEG COVER (for RH Side)

  9. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for 3 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt)


    1. Install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

    3. Engage the seat belt holder.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for 2 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt)


    1. Install the rear seat inner with center belt assembly LH with the bolt.

      Torque:
      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

    2. Engage the seat belt holder.

  11. PULL DOWN REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A005INKE01

      Pull down the rear seat cushion assembly RH and install the 3 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 SEAT NO. 2 LEG COVER (for LH Side)
