REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT REAR INNER SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY (for 3 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt)

      Component without harness connected

      (Rear seat inner belt assembly RH)

      Check the resistance. (for RH side)


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Tongue plate fastened 10 kΩ or higher
        Tongue plate released Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly RH.

  2. INSPECT REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for 3 Point Type Rear Center Seat Belt)

      (Rear Seat Inner With Center Belt Assembly LH)

      Check the resistance. (for LH side)


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Tongue plate fastened 10 kΩ or higher
        Tongue plate released Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.

      Check the resistance. (for Center)


      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        1 - 2 Tongue plate fastened 10 kΩ or higher
        Tongue plate released Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the rear seat inner belt assembly LH.
