DESCRIPTION

The main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) receives a door lock / unlock signal from each door lock assembly.

PROCEDURE


  1. READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (DOOR LOCK POS)


    1. Using the intelligent tester, read the Data List Click here.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU - FRONT DOOR LOCK RH)


    1. Disconnect the F76 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance (Check for Open)
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F76-18 (LSFR) - G5-7 (LSSR) Always Below 1 Ω
      Standard Resistance (Check for Short)
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F76-18 (LSFR) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT DOOR LOCK RH - BODY GROUND)


    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

  6. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MAIN BODY ECU - FRONT DOOR LOCK LH)


    1. Disconnect the F76 main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance (Check for Open)

      F76-7 (LSFL) - H5-8 (LSSR) Always Below 1 Ω
