GENERATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

  3. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER RH

  4. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

    Click here

  5. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

      Remove the terminal cap.

    2. Disconnect the connector and 2 harness clamps.

    3. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from the terminal B.

      Remove the bolt.

      Remove the bolt A, screw B and piping clamp.

    6. A005HBR

      Remove the bolt and the generator assembly.
