DESCRIPTION

The No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly sends the sound data signal or image data signal from a USB device to the navigation ECU via this circuit.

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION ECU - NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the F93 navigation ECU connector.

    2. Disconnect the F53 No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly connector.

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      F93-2 (D-) - F53-2 (UDO-) Always Below 1 Ω
      F93-3 (D+) - F53-3 (UDO+) Always Below 1 Ω
      F93-5 (USG1) - F53-5 (UJSS) Always Below 1 Ω
      F53-2 (UDO-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F53-3 (UDO+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      F53-5 (UJSS) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
