BRAKE BOOSTER(for RHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS


    1. Loosen the lock nut and remove the brake master cylinder push rod clevis and lock nut from the brake booster assembly.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. A005KHL

      Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

  3. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for 1NZ-FE)


    1. A005MFT

      Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

  4. REMOVE CHECK VALVE GROMMET (for 1NR-FE)


    1. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  5. REMOVE CHECK VALVE GROMMET (for 1NZ-FE)


    1. Remove the 2 check valve grommets from the brake booster assembly.
