DESCRIPTION

The brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) receives signals from the center airbag sensor assembly (yaw rate sensor) via the CAN communication system.

DTC Code DTC Detection Condition Trouble Area
C1442 An invalid data signal is transmitted continuously from the acceleration sensor for 10 seconds or more. Center airbag sensor assembly (Yaw rate sensor)
C1443 An invalid data signal is transmitted continuously from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor for 10 seconds or more.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Note

When replacing the center airbag sensor assembly (yaw rate sensor), be sure to perform deceleration sensor 0 point calibration and CVT oil pressure calibration after performing AT/CVT learned values initialization.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK DTC


    1. Clear the DTCs Click here.

    2. Turn the ignition switch off.

    3. Start the engine and idle it for 60 seconds, and then stop the engine.

    4. Check if the same DTC is output Click here.
