C1203 ECM Communication Circuit Malfunction

DESCRIPTION

The circuit is used to send TRC and VSC control information from the brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) to the ECM, and engine control information from the ECM or main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU) to the brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) through the CAN communication system.

  1. CHECK PART NUMBER (ECM AND BRAKE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY)


    1. Check that the proper ECM and brake actuator assembly (skid control ECU) are installed.
