OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

   Click here

2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

3. SEPARATE WATER BY-PASS HOSE ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      Slide the 2 clamps and separate the 2 water by-pass hoses from the transmission oil cooler.

4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

   
   

   1. 

      Remove the 3 bolts and then remove the transmission oil cooler from the CVT.

   2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the transmission oil cooler.
