OIL PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL OIL PRESSURE SENSOR


    1. Coat the O-ring with fluid.

      Note

      Use Toyota Genuine CVT fluid FE.

      Using SST, install the oil pressure sensor to the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

      SST
      09326-22011
      Torque:
      without SST
      21 N*m  { 210 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }
      with SST
      18 N*m  { 178 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

      Note


      • The "with SST" torque value is effective when using SST with a fulcrum length of 50 mm (1.97 in.) and a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 250 mm (9.84 in.) Click here.

      • The "with SST" torque value is effective when SST is parallel to the torque wrench.

    3. Connect the connector to the oil pressure sensor.
