OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

  2. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

    Click here

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

      *1 Water By-pass Outlet
      *2 Inlet Water Hose

      Disconnect the inlet water hose and water by-pass outlet from the transmission oil cooler.

    2. A005GY2

      Remove the 3 bolts and transmission oil cooler from the continuously variable transaxle assembly.

    3. Remove the 2 O-rings from the transmission oil cooler.
