OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER LH

2. DRAIN CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSAXLE FLUID

   Click here

3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

4. REMOVE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER

   

   
   

   1. Slide the 2 clamps and separate the 2 water by-pass hoses from the transmission oil cooler.

   2. 

      Remove the 3 bolts, transmission oil cooler and 2 O-rings from the continuously variable transaxle.
