SHIFT AND SELECT LEVER SHAFT DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE INNER NO. 2 SHIFT LEVER


    1. A01VGLZ

      Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, remove the slotted spring pin and the inner No. 2 shift lever from the shift and select lever shaft.

      Tech Tips

      Check the orientation of the inner No. 2 shift lever.

  2. REMOVE RELEASE HEAD STRAIGHT PIN

      Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, remove the slotted spring pin from the select stopper block.

    2. A01VLMU

      Using a pin punch 5 mm and a hammer, remove the slotted spring pin from the front inner shift lever.

    3. A01VF9R

      Turn the release head clockwise.

      Slide the select stopper block upwards and remove the release head straight pin from the front inner shift lever.

  3. REMOVE SELECT STOPPER BLOCK


    1. A01VGE1

      Remove the front inner shift lever, the release head torsion spring, the release head and the select stopper block from the shift and select lever shaft.

      Tech Tips

      Check the orientation of the front inner shift lever, the release head torsion spring, the release head and the select stopper block.
