CLUTCH ACTUATOR(for EC65A) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

    A005MBM

    1. Remove the No. 2 clutch reservoir tube from the clutch actuator reservoir.

  2. REMOVE CLUTCH ACTUATOR RESERVOIR

    A005JAA

    1. Disconnect the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch actuator reservoir.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and clutch actuator reservoir from the clutch actuator.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

    A005LDY

    1. Remove the clutch reservoir tube from the clutch actuator.

  4. REMOVE CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR

    A005LK0

    1. Remove the 2 screws and clutch stroke sensor from the clutch actuator assembly.

    2. Remove the O-ring from the clutch actuator assembly.
