CLUTCH ACTUATOR(for EC65A) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR


    1. Apply MP grease to a new O-ring.

    2. Install the new O-ring onto the clutch stroke sensor.

      Set the stroke senor so that the sensor side and the actuator side sensor arms are in the positions shown in the illustration.

    4. A005LK0

      Turn the stroke sensor clockwise and fix it with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 17 in.*lbf }

  2. INSTALL CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE


    1. A005LDY

      Install the clutch reservoir tube onto the clutch actuator.

  3. INSTALL CLUTCH ACTUATOR RESERVOIR


    1. A005JAA

      Install the clutch actuator reservoir with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      15 N*m  { 152 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the clutch reservoir tube onto the clutch actuator reservoir.

  4. INSTALL NO. 2 CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

      Install the No. 2 clutch reservoir tube onto the clutch actuator reservoir.
